Q. What is A2DP Music Streaming?
A. A2DP stands for Advanced Audio Distribution Profile and is one type of Bluetooth technology that allows CD quality stereo music to stream from one device to another without wires.
If your phone or device has A2DP Bluetooth you can load it with your songs and listen to them wirelessly through a Bluetooth stereo headset or speakers.

Q. Why can't I get my Bluetooth phone to pair with my new Bluetooth headset?
A. Your Bluetooth headset may be a bit more advanced than your phone so it can't recognize it as a headset. Try pairing it as a "device" instead of a headset.

Q. Do GSM phones work in the United States? If so, what companies offer service for GSM phones?
A. Yes, GSM phones will work in the United States with any GSM/SIM Card service provider such as Cingular/AT&T and T-Mobile. The phones we sell support either/or both (Quad Band)the 850 and 1900 GSM frequency which is supported by most carriers in most areas. Some phones support the 850 GSM frequency and some do not. Please check with your phone service provider to determine if you need the 1900, 850 or both frequencies.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted. Bank wire transfers are also accepted.

Q. Do you accept Purchase Orders?
A. All orders must be placed online or by phone, paid by major credit card or wire transfer when required, and are subject to the terms and conditions as outlined on this site. We are more than happy to include a PO number on your shipping label. Just put it in the comment section of your order.

Q. Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?
A. We welcome bulk and wholesale orders. For these types of orders we usually request a wire transfer for payment.

Q. If I place my order today when will it ship?
A. Most in stock items ship the same business day if the order is placed before 2pm EST Monday �Thursday. Otherwise it usually ships the next business day. All orders are subject to a verification process.

Q. What are my shipping options? How much is shipping?
A. After placing your items in the shopping cart you can click on the �shipping estimate� tab to view your shipping options and costs. Phones and Bluetooth items can usually be shipped UPS ground, 3-day select, 2nd day air, and next day. Most accessories are shipped via the USPS.

Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses?
A. Most items are sent via USPS and can be delivered to PO Boxes and APO addresses.

Q. I have a different shipping address, what do I do?
A. Please call the number on the back of your credit card if your shipping address is different than the billing address. You can request to have your bank to list the shipping address as a note on the account. Doing this now will expedite the processing of your order.

Q. How can I track my package?
A. An e-mail will be sent when your item is shipped. USPS tracking numbers will usually be sent by the next business day after an order ships. If you did not receive such an e-mail please check your spam filter or e-mail cs@oemcellphone.com

Q. Would you be willing to ship outside of the United States?
A. We do not offer shipping outside of the United States.

Q. Does this phone work internationally in Europe, Asia, South America, etc?
A. Yes, all the GSM phones are unlocked and work with any GSM/SIM Card service provider. Make sure the phone you are purchasing has the GSM frequency needed in your country.

Q. Do you accept international credit cards?
A. At this time we only accept credit cards which were issued in the United States.
