14 days for mobile phone related accessories.
All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards.
No returns on:
Blister-packed items once opened.
Software once opened.
All consumables, including but not limited to recordable media, digital memory, tapes, batteries, etc.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA #

Phones must register less than 30 minutes cumulative talk time and show no signs of use.
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model only.
Return freight is the sole responsibility of the consumer.
Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).
Not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
OEMcellphone.com reserves the right to refuse any return or charge a restocking fee of up to 20%, at our sole discretion.
Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card, will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase.
Refunds on returned items which were paid for by wire transfer, check or cash (in-store) will only be made by check after a 10-day waiting period.

Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
